Organizing Trips On A Cloud-Based Platform.
Build a cloud-based platform, allowing millions of users a day to organize trips –that’s what our client was up to. A key challenge within this project was the interoperability with the existing IT landscape, while providing a modern, fast and scalable solution that can be deployed to multiple airlines, covering and end-to-end customer journey.
Flight search, booking, post-sales –we provided full scrum teams that delivered key parts of the solution in close cooperation with our client’s business analysts. Our teams made a significant impact to the overall program -increasing quality, improving communication and adhering to delivery timelines.
