Enhanced Data & Insights Sharing Assessment (EDIS)
We were asked to assess and recommend an implementation roadmap for an end-to-end FAIR data program at a major diagnostics company in Switzerland. We assessed existing data flows, data-related capabilities, aspects of data privacy and impediments towards secondary use of data.
Working together with senior leadership at our client, we co-developed a 3 year to enable and promote secondary use of data and foster a culture of data openness and sharing across the organization. The overall goal was to advance scientific insights, enable personalized healthcare and ensure data privacy compliance.
Our proposal found strong support in the organization and was used as a template for both strategic and tactical implementation projects, ranging from technical implementation, establishing the right systems and solutions to culture.
