COckpit Solution Architecture & Advisory
Our client asked us to lead the technical teams and solution architecture in the “COckpit” program.
This program establishes a decision support tool, providing key metrics for clinical operations and associated clinical study teams, to drive operational efficiencies.
This covers modules supporting predictive site selection, protocol analysis and other algorithms supporting the user base in their day-to-day work.
A major part of this initiative was to establish a foundational data layer to leverage data from across the organization, unlock its potential and drive openness & FAIR aspects.
