FAIR Data Shared – Implementation Wave 1
Following our proposed roadmap in the enhanced data insights & sharing assessment, we were tasked by the very same company to lead a first wave of implementation projects, delivering tangible value to business stakeholders in a rapid, 3 month increment. Four activities were led and driven by inhive:
- Establish a Dataset Catalog to drive findability within the organization, focused initially on Biometrics teams
- Establish FAIR scoring of datasets, covering clinical data (internal and external) and real-world data
- Work with legal and data access teams to define a actionable data privacy accessibility concept
- Outreach & engagement activities to move the organization towards a sharing of data culture
